Russ started working for Holbro Engineering in 1991 as a fully time served manual machinist. Moving from the machines to the office in 1995, Russ has progressed through various roles within the company including Sales Manager, Production Manager and General Manager.

Steve started working for Holbro Engineering in 1997 as a driver. He continued to progress through various roles within the company including Goods Inwards Inspector, Production Controller and Production Manager. In 2015 Steve was awarded a NEBOSH National Certificate in the Management of Health & Safety from Blackpool and The Fylde College (via Fleetwood Nautical College). After leaving school in 1988 Steve spent 9 years continually working within the Civil Engineering Sector.

From leaving school in 1972 Graham worked continuously within various Engineering roles including Production/General Manager. Graham started working for Holbro Engineering in 2000 as a fully time served Machine Operator, moving from the machines to the inspection department in 2012. Between 1972 and 1984 Graham was awarded City & Guilds for CNC Part Programming, Advanced Part Programming, Setting/Operating, Parts 1 & 2 Engineering Craft Studies, Workshop Inspection Shop Practice and CAD from Blackpool and The Fylde College. In 2007 Graham was awarded a City & Guild in Lifting Equipment and in 2009 he completed an Eley Metrology TM3 3 Day Course.

Mick started work at Kilgour Engineering, manufacturing various aircraft parts. He then moved to Holbro, programming and setting CNC lathes and milling machines for 10 years. For the past 8 years Mick has worked at Blackpool & the Fylde College as a lead assessor in mechanical engineering, also teaching Autocad and CNC machining. He is currently working as a repairs manager at Holbro.
Micks qualifications include: City and Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, NVQ Level 2 in BIT, OCR Level 3 NVQ in Occupational health and Safety, PTLLS and A1 Assessors Certification.

After Studying at Blackpool & The Fylde College he gained a Level 2 for business administration.
Callum currently has an ongoing apprenticeship via Blackpool & The Fylde College for Manufacture Engineering Level 2.

Dave started working for Holbro Engineering in 2010 as a fully time served CNC Operator. In 2015 he moved from the machines to the office for his technical engineering knowledge.
Between 1979 and 1988 Dave achieved City & Guilds Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Mechanical Engineering, part programming, advanced part programming, advance manufacture and machine tool setting & operating at Blackpool and The Fylde College. He has also gained qualifications for Pathtrace Cad/Cam. From leaving school in 1979 until 2010, Dave has worked continuously as a CNC Machinist/Fitter.

Brett started working for Holbro Engineering in 2008 as a Machining Apprentice. He then moved from the machines to assist in the Inspection Department in 2013.
Between 2008 and 2012 he served his apprenticeship with BNFL. In 2012 he achieved a HNC in Mechanical Manufacturing and in 2015 he was awarded a B.Eng Honours Degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering.
